“This was a fantastic stay and easily a 5-star experience. Getting to the hotel was very easy, and I was pleasantly surprised that they provided parking at no extra charge. The check-in process was the smoothest I have experienced so far on this trip. The room was excellent and included a balcony, a great selection of TV channels, and a very nice bathroom. While the room had the standard European side-by-side twin bed setup, there was a spare bed available as well. For those who want more personal space, it looks like they do offer rooms with truly separate beds based on their photos. A huge bonus was the mini-bar, which was stocked with free drinks! Breakfast was another highlight, offering a large variety of options. They even offered to make eggs however we wanted them, which was a great touch. While the elevator is small and only fits about two people, the overall comfort and service more than made up for it. I slept very well and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Frankfurt.”

“Close to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof [Central Train Station], clean, easy to find, good breakfast, great staff. But, the bathroom is very small, and one cannot sit on the toilet properly since they are placed extremely close to the facing wall. Water from the shower easily flows out of the shower stall, so watch the shower doors carefully. Higher priced that other hotels in the area close to the station, but relatively quiet, and updated recently.”

“My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Europa. The service was cordial, friendly, and attentive from the very first interaction at the front desk. The room was spacious, the bathroom was large, and the shower was excellent. There was a towel warmer and a very convenient small wardrobe in the room. The minibar offered water, sodas, and beers included in the daily rate, which was a real highlight. Breakfast was extensive, with freshly prepared omelets, scrambled, and fried eggs made to order. The ladies serving at breakfast were also extremely attentive and demonstrated genuine care for guests' well-being. We requested a late check-out, and they were generous in accepting it. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (main train station). Our only two points of attention are that the bed is a double, which we found a bit small for the two of us and made sleeping somewhat difficult, and the TV had several channels, but all were in German without any option for subtitles or English audio, making it unusable for non-German speakers. However, these two issues are minimal compared to all the advantages the hotel offers.”

“Really good hotel for the price. The service was really good and the staff was amazing. They even have a mini fridge in the room that they fill up every day, that's world class service. The the hotel is in a good spot with access to transportation only feet away from the front door and the main city train station down the street. But something that's no fault of the hotel is the area around the hotel is a little rough. If you are going to the hotel I would advise coming from the main street where the rail car runs especially if you traveling with family. But other than that the hotel staff were really amazing and the breakfast was top notch. I would definitely stay here again just need to be mindful of the area. Review Minster out.”

“Such a cute place to spend one night or two !! I did enjoy the stay there Clean rooms, comfy beds, lots of towels, no carpet!! And the staff: always very attentive and polite. Breakfast included, service there was also very good. Very close to rail station and the river, so you either get quickly to the places you want to visit or you can enjoy a walk along the Main to the Old Town.”
